I don’t understand how they stay in business…. I mean, they did such a good job with my Invisalign that I don’t think I’ll need to come back for any orthodontic work for the rest of my life. How is that not a failing business model???
All jokes aside, this place is amazing! The staff are super friendly (and I’m not just saying that because they bribed me). Dr Matt was a pleasure to work with and really valued my input and worked with me until we were both satisfied with the results. Everyone is easy to communicate with, and the appointments were always quick but not rushed. My only real complaint is that the video games in the lobby don’t keep records of the high scores. So, let me just state it here on the record, that I 100% have the highest score in the racing game. Sorry to everyone else who thought they were the reigning champion.
Excellent service, friendly staff, very professional. Makes you feel real comfortable and like a family… love you all.. Thank you so much. Keep on doing what you doing.
Best orthodontic experience! Dr. Matt and his team are exceptional. They took great care and listened to my concerns every step of the way. Having already gone through the whole orthodontic experience for 6 years when I was a child I really didn’t want to have to start that all over again. To say I was skeptical was an understatement but after my consult I am glad I decided to move forward and I couldn’t be happier. Being treated with respect goes a long way and the team having a good sense of humor didn’t hurt either ;). Thank you!

Williamsburg Orthodontics is the epitome of great customer service. They are always on schedule whenever you have an appointment, you never have to wait very long to be taken care of. They are meticulous in their assessment of the size and type of braces you will need to get the best results. Finally the cost of their service was pretty reasonable compared to other offices in the area.
I really don’t have anything negative to say about this establishment, I highly recommend their service if you are thinking about getting braces.
